This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Tourlu ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the Tourlu software service.
By clicking "I accept," purchasing a token package, or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or related to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
This EULA, together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tourlu regarding the service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
Severability: If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this EULA will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer this EULA or your license without our prior written consent. We may assign this EULA without restriction.
Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet failures, or acts of government.
Limitation Period: Any claim arising from or related to this EULA must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, or such claim is forever barred.
